In 1954, LH and Fred Farrer started Farrer Construction Co. After Charles got out of the Navy in 1961, he joined the company, making it a 3-way partnership. In 1964, Fred and Charlie bought out LH and soon afterward in 1966, they formed Farrer Bros. The company continued to be managed by Fred and Charlie until 2004. From there, they divided the companies into Fred Farrer Properties and CRF Properties.
